I have gambled on millions of rounds of 21. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have enjoyed online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent a lot of money at blackjack. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to beat the game.

I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get loaded with this method or beat the house, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years back with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a couple of months ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can relinquish a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.

Bet $5
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar bet

Wager $5
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Bet ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet

Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar bet

Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40

Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first $40 wager

Wager $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of $80

Bet eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager

Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet

If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
