I have wagered on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of money at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to defeat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over this time period I have bet on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get rich with this method or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is centered on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable at times. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a few months ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice betting this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10

Bet ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar wager

Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20

Bet 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first $20 bet

Wager 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40

Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $40 wager

Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Wager eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first $80 bet

Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
