My Gambling Hall Twenty-one Type Game
by Gaven on November 20th, 2019
I have played millions of hands of 21. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of money at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it basically impossible to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this tactic or beat the casino, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that 21 seems to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I bet with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely fun sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years back with $750 after 35 minutes using this method! And a number of weeks ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the streaks you see playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.
Wager $5
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of $10
Bet 10 dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet
Bet $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40
Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80
Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager
Wager $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Bet $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet
If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
